We want you to love your home. If a piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact support to start a return request within 30 days of receipt.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Disassemble the item (if applicable) and place it back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient time for the item pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 days.
